Camping

So we are going soon, not the tent, no a/c, no electric hell kind of camping. LOL I did that as a kid. Not gonna happen! Hehe! We are however driving 3 hours to go sleep in a cabin and spend time with a LOT of family. Luckily the cabin is fully furnished a/c, kitchen, Directv! I'm slowly getting everything packed and OH MY GOD! The amount of stuff you need for 4 days for 4 people is insane. Now this isn't your typical little town. The closest grocery store is almost an hour away and the only place to buy anything in town is a little convenience store thats going to charge you almost double the normal price. So its best to not forget anything. So I am trying to pack and trying not to forget anything and with two small children it is crazy how much I'm going to have to pack. My husband is going to shoot me when he has to load up the truck but I am so glad I don't have a baby right now. I can't even imagine what i would have to pack. So, yeah stressing a little and we are broke until payday which is the day we leave so I am trying to not spend to much while also trying not to forget anything that we have to have.

So, Question of the day....
       Are Vacations worth it?
I'm not sure I can say, we don't go on many. Day trips sure, they are pricey but fun and you still get to go home and sleep in your own bed. Overnight or even longer trips, I'm on the fence. So much money and time just to go out of town for a few days. Where me personally, I won't sleep well, I will be stressed, and I will be unhappy at least part of the time about something. But the experience is great for me, for my kids, and even for my husband who goes out of town a lot because of work so he is a little more used to things like this. Plus he can sleep just about anywhere lol. I remember most if not all the trips I went on as a kid. We didn't go often but my parents had five kids, it was a little hard. Those we did go on though I have only good memories. Even though I know my parents memories aren't as great. But if my kids will grow up and remember these trips as fondly as I remember mine that yes I think its worth it. In all honesty though I wish it wasn't so expensive. Definitely need to find some cheaper alternatives like my parents did, however, i am not sleeping in a tent on the ground with the bugs LMAO.

So thats it for today. Will be back soon! Trisha

So, completely new start to this Blog. A journal of sorts still but lessing complaining hopefully! We will see. Hopefully I can continue to blog most days of the week and see where Blogging takes me.

Todays question to myself. What Am I gonna do when I grow up?

LOL! I'm gonna be 30 in less than six months and I still have no idea. I wanna go back to school soon but financially it's going to be awhile before that is something that I will be able to do. We are also debating on expanding our family by one more child. Though no final decision has bin made we are not doing anything to prevent this. So...... School, career, All of that grown up outside world stuff is just gonna have to wait. One day, I will decide. As of right now I have NO clue, I am going to continue to be the awesome stay at home mother that I am and dream of one day finding that elusive perfect job. So for today that is all, hopefully I'll be back tomorrow.

P.S. - If anyone reads this and has a Data Entry job or some kind of job that involves staying at home and not talking to people on the phone and not selling anything. Shoot me an application please! ;) Oh and no experience required, I have bin a stay at home mom for 7 years now. My resume is seriously lacking in the job experience department.
